Konstant in [Opel]

A stereo sound installation played from two speakers installed inside a small "hjall" (a small house traditionally used for the fermentation process of faroese food and storage). The audio material is of me doing grocery shopping at the supermarket. The sounds of electrical hum, cash registetr beeps and plastic contrast the romantic image and soundscape of the small village and the even smaller "Hjall" raising questions like: Where were we? Where have we come? At what cost?
