Tjant

Tjant is the musical crossroads of the various projects the members of the band are in at any given time. These days it is mostly electronics and improvisation. For the past two years Tjant has been utilizing technology as a starting point for improvisations on stage. These improvisations have in the process evolved into tunes, which now in turn serve as a new starting point for improvisations on stage.

Røtur og Trø

2016 - TUTL HJF447

Since 2014 my group line up had evolved into a electronic-rock based improvising soundscape. Something that made me excited. Excited enough to embark on a new release.  Again Mikael Blak on bass and Brandur on drums. This time we had Per Ingvaldur Højgaard Petersen on drums and electronic drums, as well as Greta Svabo Bech and Búi Egason Dam did some vocals.
The song "Eat Fish Fuckheads" from this album was nominated best song at the Faroese Music Awards 2017.
